Tess Carmichael

Tess Carmichael (played by Anica Calida) is the trusted right-hand woman of Conrad Sinclair and helps with the day-to-day dealings of his business empire. (Not to be confused with the 2013 character Tessa Carmichael).

Tess arrives in Australia for a business meeting and decides to check on Reece and see how her "mission" to track down her younger sister, Krista Sinclair, is going. She is disappointed to find out she has made little progress with her time here and says she will feed it back to Conrad. Paul notices Reece talking with Tess and wants to find out more. He stages a situation to "bump" into Tess and explains who he is and also invites her to dinner.

While at dinner, Paul manages to slip in the fact Reece spent weeks in Erinsborough hiding her identity and that she is dating the bellboy, Byron who is a former escort. Tess is shocked and leaves. She later confronts Reece about her lack of focus on the mission and demands she leaves Erinsborough before departing herself back to the states.
