Jill Ramsay

Jill Ramsay was a character in Neighbours in 2009. She was the secret lovechild of Max Ramsay and Anne Robinson. Jill was played by Perri Cummings.

Jillian “Jill” Ramsay was born 26th October 1970 as the result of an affair between her mother, Anne Robinson, and friendly neighbour Max Ramsay. Her mother’s husband, Jim, who was at war in Vietnam at the time, was best friends with Jill’s father, Max.

Jill was then adopted out and never saw her parents again.

2009[]

When Elle Robinson looked at her late grandmother, Anne Robinson’s will, she discovered that she had left some money to someone called “Anne’s unfortunate child”. Around the same time, Elle had found her Grandmother’s pendant under No. 24 Ramsay Street, a gift from Max Ramsay who lived in the house.

Lucas Fitzgerald later suggested to Elle that Anne had most likely had an affair with Max. Soon afterwards, Jill Ramsay was discovered and tracked down. When Elle came to visit her newly discovered family, She was told by Jill’s oldest child, Katie, that she was in hospital after being knocked down by a car that later fled the scene of her accident. Jill died afterwards and never got to truly reunite with her long lost family.

Jill’s three children Katie, Harry and Sophie then went to live with the Kennedy’s for a short while, then moving into No. 24 Ramsay Street, where their Grandfather Max Ramsay had lived years prior.
