Gary Files is an Australian actor and radio writer, theatre director and voice over who played Tom Ramsay in 1986 and 1990 and 1991 and again in 2015.

Gary Files was born in 1938 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He left school in 1956. He started acting professionally in the early 1960s

Gary Files filmed a few short scenes as Tom Ramsay in late 2014. Tom returned for his great nephew Daniel Robinson's non wedding to Amber Turner before returning to Queensland.
