Synopsis[]
At No 24 Ramsay Street, Scott Robinson says Mike Young is up in court today. Sally Wells is still a bit cranky after seeing Henry Ramsay and Melanie Pearson kiss. Mike is worried about jail but Des Clarke says he is worrying too much. Harold Bishop and Madge Ramsay plan a dinner. Henry has invited Melanie to dinner at No 24. Madge welcomes her. Scott tells a joke about a man with a seagull on his head being called Cliff, and only Melanie laughs, with her famous donkey laugh. Harold is not impressed. Henry and Scott leave dinner early to see Mike. Charlene Robinson plays "Bury me deep in love" on the hifi. Henry has a plan to snare Dave Summers. Melanie asks Madge about her upcoming wedding. Harold has a migraine. She takes him to bed for a lie down to feel better. Henry parades as a salesman to Dave Summers in his plan, and drops a leaflet on the floor hoping Dave will pick it up later. Scott and Henry wait outside his house for 2 hours. Henry then catches Dave picking up a leaflet, which proves his is lying about his neck injury and arm injury. Henry taks pics on his camera. Harold, Madge and Charlene have supper. Scott and Henry are pleased their plan has worked. Mike is ready for court. Mike says that he still bashed Summers even thought he was not injured. He leaves for court.
