Synopsis[]
Sick and tried of nosey old battleaxe Mrs Mangel's meddling, Daphne Lawrence hires Clive Gibbons to use his Gift Of The Gab to get revenge on Mrs Mangel. Clive says that Mrs Mangel's nephew is opening up a coffee shop nearby so her motive for interfering with Daphne's shop is clearly malicious. Clive says the views of the message do not always refelect the opinions of management, himself. Clive does a magic act, and the grand finale is something goes off, sending steam everywhere. Mrs Mangel says she will never set foot in this place again. Madge Mitchell starts her new receptionists job but has trouble with the typewriter and the printing machine. She feels she is not cut out for it and resigns. She confides in her nephew Shane Ramsay that the machines beep at you and flash lights at you. She believes she is totally useless.
