Alan Hopgood (AM) (born in 1934, Lauceston, Tasmania, died 19th March 2022)
was an Australian actor, playwriter and producer who played the wealthy businessman Jack Lassiter in Neighbours in 1986 and 2013. He founded the Lassiters Hotel and The Lassiters Complex in Erinsborough
